i was preparing myself and thought i'd share my summer essentials for the merciless SUN and heat in dubai.
First up on my list of survival is water. this is A NEED and NOT negitiable.when the body is good inside the outside reflects, enough said. drink lots and lots of water!
please note i placed a male, topless, drinking just for that extra encouragement for my ladies!! **wink** ENJOY!! i hope it works. LOL!
this is a timeless beauty secret that i love to bits. use baby oil directly after your shower before drying your skin, this helps lock in moisture and leaves your skin feeling baby soft, it's realy no cliche!! try it.

there's no other skin product i can swear by as much as i can with nivea!!
the higher the tempretures the higher u need to go in terms of spf protection strength. I cannot emphasise the importance of protecting your skin during this time of the year monsters so pop into a store near you and show your skin some love!!
chapped lips are a big NO NO!!! keep you lips nourished kissable, summer is about fUn so you never know what could happen!! **wink** <------- this is for you too BOYS!!!
these are summer's fun accessories, i chose this naked hat because you can glam it up and change it from time to time which makes getting dressed up that much more fun.,
the aviators, well what more can i say?? they're perrrrrrfect for the occassion!!
I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE-CREAM!!! **yay**
this will be the only time you don't need to justify eating an ice-cream more than once in a week so go on and indulge!!! yum. hahahaha....
